Brian Bakale

Senior Trial Technician

Brian joined The Focal Point in 2011 as a senior trial technician, with four years of experience providing litigation support for more than 50 trials and arbitrations. Brian has been lead trial technician for major federal criminal and civil cases across the country, including ACQIS, LLC v. IBM and Bedrock v. Google. Brian has also provided trial and database support on large scale trials including Trading Technologies, Inc. v. eSpeed, et al. With his wide-ranging case experience, Brian offers a knowledgeable perspective and veteran insights on how to deliver persuasive courtroom presentations.

Brian graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BS in film and video production. Outside of the courtroom, you’ll find him writing fiction and enjoying live music and sporting events of all types.
