Operations Director and
Senior Case Manager
As the operations director and a case manager, Chris brings his operations, business, and training experience to help his clients develop persuasive case themes and graphics. Since joining in 2006, he has managed the visual strategy development and graphics production for a variety of cases, focusing primarily on securities, finance, and business dispute litigation. His clients include Samsung, Micron, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Chris has also led several pro bono efforts, including the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, and Jane Does I, II, and III v. Emmanuel Constant, which resulted in a $19 million liability verdict for violations of international law.
Prior to joining The Focal Point, Chris was the Director of Retail Operations and New Stores at Peet’s Coffee & Tea. When not working on a case, you are likely to find Chris designing a new spreadsheet or testing new technology to improve operational efficiency. Outside the office, Chris likes puzzles, games, getting out on his road bike, and travel. He graduated magna cum laude from CSU Chico with a BA in Religious Studies. Chris lives in Lafayette, CA with his wife, Ann, and their daughter.
