Dan is a case manager at The Focal Point with 15 years of experience in litigation support and trial services as a graphics, video, and multimedia specialist. With a keen interest in blending the technical and the creative, Dan specializes in communicating complex issues to judges and juries through effective use of graphics and technology. As a courtroom technology consultant, Dan has advised clients on presentation methods, tools, and best practices.
In addition to litigation support, Dan has produced entertainment and design content for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Court Reporters Association, as well as promotional materials for many high-profile law firms. Recently Dan and a group of TFP colleagues collaborated with Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design toward the goal of enhancing client offerings through design thinking and innovation.
A graduate of UC Santa Cruz, Dan lives with his family in Albany, California.
