Would you like to bring more creative energy to your trial preparation work? This course will introduce you to “design thinking,” a creative approach to problem solving pioneered by Stanford University’s d.School.
This course will focus on:
• Techniques to assist you in identifying your case’s underlying challenges
• Generating innovative solutions to address them
• Techniques to emphasize ways to foster group creativity in practical and repeatable ways
• Hands-on learning that you can immediately apply to your trial preparation process
