Create powerful visuals to teach key concepts.

Trial Graphics

In trial, graphics are critical if you are going to effectively communicate with your jury. Graphics allow jurors to step out of what we call “Wordland” and actually see the concepts you are trying to convey. Graphics also provide a quicker, deeper connection with jurors’ emotions and values, as well as help them learn the key concepts of your case.

Experience has taught us that the process of designing graphics for trial is as important as the final graphics themselves. The process of creating a graphic forces lawyers to think visually, which in turn helps make their overall case more compelling. Working with our designers—collaboratively developing ideas and analogies, sketching concepts and storyboarding, and refining the resulting graphics—helps you further refine and simplify your case story.

The Focal Point’s design team specializes in 2D graphic design, as well as 2D and 3D animation. Our design team is also among the most advanced producers of Flash animation in the country. While we are capable of producing state-of-the-art electronic, interactive presentations—we are just as comfortable helping you (or your expert witness) present your information using a chalkboard, white board, or a simple exhibit board.

The Focal Point employs the most creative, experienced, and talented graphic designers and animators in the industry. We engage our designers in the process from the very start of the case, so that they fully understand the themes and theories at issue. Our designers stay involved and engaged in your case through the war room and closing argument, because we have learned that in the process of developing graphics over the life of a case, we discover new themes and approaches at each stage.
